It is the responsibility of clubs to provide all relevant information to the league in a timely manner. Where clubs do not provide information within the advertised deadline subsequent updates will incur an administration charge of £10. All funds received in this way will be donated to rugby related charities via www.justgiving.com/hertsmiddxleagues. (or from the "Admin Fees" link on the "Forms" menu bar on the website.
